Frequently Asked Questions
Does Windows v0.5.0 already connect to this website?
No. The current Windows v0.5.0 release is a standalone desktop player where you add Xtream Codes or M3U playlists directly inside the app. Website QR pairing, remote playlist management, and server licensing are previewed here for the upcoming connected Windows release.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
The upcoming connected release offers a 30-day free trial for eligible devices. Trial eligibility is determined per device by the server — reinstalling Windows/the app or linking an account does not reset or grant a new trial.
Does RimoPlayer include TV channels or playlists?
No. RimoPlayer is strictly a media player application. Activating a license unlocks the player software only and includes no channels, VOD, or playlists.
What is the difference between Player License Expiry and Provider Expiry?
Your Player License Expiry controls whether the RimoPlayer desktop app is unlocked on your device. Your Provider Subscription Expiry comes from your third-party IPTV service and is shown inside each playlist card when known (or 'Unavailable' otherwise).
